Joe Judge Daniel Jones Are Already Ahead of Schedule for Giants

Joe Judge and Daniel Jones are ahead of where most people expected them to be with the Giants. The rebuild is progressing faster than the typical NFL timeline.
Judge came from the Belichick coaching tree which either means something or nothing depending on how much you believe in coaching trees. So far it looks like it meant something.
NJ.com analyzed the progress both have made since arriving in East Rutherford.
Jones in particular has taken steps forward. The turnovers that plagued his rookie year are down. The decision making looks improved. Hes not a franchise quarterback yet but he might become one.
NFL rebuilds usually take 3-5 years. The Giants are showing signs of competitiveness earlier than expected.
Judge has the team playing hard and disciplined. They may not win every week but they dont quit. That matters more than people realize for building a culture.
The roster still has holes. No sane person would call this team a contender yet. But the foundation looks solid and the trajectory is positive.
Whether they can sustain this progress depends on draft picks and free agency moves. But for now Giants fans can feel something they havent felt in years. Hope.
