Raptors rookie Terence Davis arrested in NYC for assaulting woman

Toronto Raptors rookie Terence Davis was arrested in Manhattan on Tuesday night for allegedly assaulting a woman at a Midtown luxury high-rise, sources said.

Davis, 23, will be charged with assault over the alleged incident at The Beekman Tower on Mitchell Place near First Avenue, police sources said.

The shooting guard attended Ole Miss before joining the Raptors before the start of last season as an undrafted free agent.

In his first year with the NBA, Davis was named to the league’s All-Rookie Second Team.

He averaged 7.5 points per game and ranked fifth among rookies in three-point percentage.
